(Or at least UPS hadn't scanned them into the truck.) StomperNet's plan is to reship all those customers a new order at their (StomperNet's) cost. They will also "reset" the clock on the 30 day trial. I'm not making excuses for why they haven't answered your email inquiries...I'm just letting you know what I've heard on my end. Hi George,
